Join Riss in small group weight training sessions at Edge Fitness (1445 Hamlin Ave., St. Cloud).
Weeks 1-4: 3 Training Sessions per week
Weeks 5-8: 4 Training Sessions per week
Progressive Cardio will be encouraged each week - this you may complete and track on your own or with the group.

Learn how to track meals using a super simple Macronutrient* based nutrition plan!
This program will be using the "My Fitness Pal" App* to keep track of daily meals - you will be required to download the app.
*App Subscription NOT included
*Macronutrient Plans include tracking daily Protein, Carbs and Fats based on your individualized calorie goals. Don't worry, we do all the math together and show you how!
Community Support
Optional check-in calls each week where you can ask questions or discuss anything you're struggling with. Change can be hard but it's easier with friends!

Resistance Training:
Week 1-4: 3 Sessions per week

Nutrition:
Daily Macronutrient tracking using "My Fitness Pal" App
Week 2: Intro to Macronutrients & Calculating YOUR Macros (Sunday, June 29) *In-Person or ZOOM
Week 4: Cooking Class & Macro Calculations (Sunday, July 13)
*In-Person at Michael's home in St. Cloud
